You'll play an essential role in driving the financial performance of our business. Through the life cycle of our projects. From initially managing our Estimating team to deliver contract-winning and profitable tenders, you'll oversee procurement's work in obtaining great value supplies before ensuring the project value is realized with the surveying and finance teams.
Our Catalogue of completed projects is very enviable with Ashton Gate Stadium, Swansea Arena, St. Sidwell's Point some of the latest we have completed. Your role will make sure we win projects across the south West and South Wales from £1M to £8M and deliver them to Spec, on time and to full value.
Your budgeting, forecasting and financial review skills will robustly support your advice to our board of directors and management team, making sure risks are fully anticipated and prepared for.
